Having worked extensively across both the state and independent sectors, she brings a rare depth of insight into how high‑performing systems operate and how to secure meaningful, sustainable improvement in diverse contexts.

Her expertise spans curriculum, pedagogy, leadership development, safeguarding, governance, and whole‑school evaluation. She has designed and delivered curriculum and assessment models from EYFS to KS5, including international programmes, and is known for her ability to translate complex evidence into clear, strategic action. Her quality assurance and evaluative work is grounded in rigour, fairness, and a deep understanding of what drives excellence in schools, with extensive experience conducting high‑level reviews aligned with national standards and sector expectations.
